WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL!
Classes begin on Wednesday, September 8, 2010
Grades 1-5 go to the West 77th Street Big Yard entrance.
Kindergarteners arrive at the West 77th Street K Yard entrance.
Pre-K students come to the West 78th Street main lobby entrance. (Leave strollers at the security desk.)
Kindergarten & Pre-K parents please note the special hours for the first week of school:
- Wednesday 9/8: One-hour day. Please check your class assignment postcard (to be mailed on 8/30) to see if you have been assigned the 9:00-10:00am or the 10:30-11:30am slot.
- Monday 9/13: 9:00am - 10:30am, begin full class. A breakfast will be held for Kindergarten and other new parents during this time, in the auditorium.
- Tuesday 9/14: 8:30-10:30am
- Wednesday 9/15: 8:30-11:30am
- Thursday 9/16 on: Kindergarten: 8:30am - 3:10pm, Pre-K: 8:30am - 2:00pm
For all other Students, school hours are from 8:30am - 3:20pm.
(Please arrive by 8:20am for line-up in the Big Yard!)
There is no school on 9/9 and 9/10.
