Kindergarten Registration 2019-2020 & PS 87 OPEN HOUSES

Kindergarten registration will be taking place in late November 2018. The NYC Department of Education will be releasing the dates shortly. Once the dates have been released you will need to register your child for kindergarten through the NYC DOE website.

PS 87 will not be giving tours this year. In place of the tours we will be holding three OPEN HOUSES.

OPEN HOUSE dates are: 

Monday October 22, 2018 6:15 pm to 7:30 pm

Thursday November, 2018 6:15 pm to 7:30 pm

Monday December 3, 2018 6:15 pm to 7:30 pm

The OPEN HOUSE schedule will be as follows:

• PA presidents welcome (in the auditorium)
• Presentation by a kindergarten teacher
• Self directed tour within the school that includes: cafeteria, library, gymnasium, art studio and two kindergarten classes (parents will be on hand to answer questions)
• Q & A with Principal Monica Berry in the auditorium

 **Please note: no children of any age will be allowed at the open house and there will be no babysitting, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
